WonderFlat Refund Policy

At WonderFlat, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and free returns. If your coloring book isn’t everything you hoped for, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at hello@wonderflatbooks.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a free prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first, as unscheduled returns cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately.
We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund right away.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

(These exclusions generally do not apply to standard WonderFlat coloring books.)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete a return first.
Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must still be in its original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card may require additional time to post the refund.
